I prepare you. You perform. You win.
If you're a healthcare manager, director, or executive who's:
— something specific is happening and it's holding you back. The great news is, it's fixable.
I've spent 20+ years in recruiting, sales, and interview coaching — and I love it. I was born to help people excel on job interviews, by taking a good look under the hood and making the enhancements needed to land top offers.
"Every interview felt different because I was making it up as I went. Keith gave me a repeatable framework that worked. I advanced through every round and accepted a director role with a 20% increase in compensation."
— Will W., Director of Coding
Everyone enjoys a great story — and the candidates who get offers know how to tell a good one. Story Mapping™ is my own framework for turning your interview answers into something a hiring manager actually remembers. Not rehearsed. Not robotic. Just clear, compelling, and unmistakably you.
Most candidates answer questions. The ones who get offers paint a picture.
Here's the part nobody tells you: interviewers aren't really asking "tell me about a time…" What they're actually asking is:
In our sessions, I'll help you build two kinds of stories using the Story Mapping Method™:
Response Story Maps
Your go-to stories for the questions you know are coming
Discovery Story Maps
Custom stories built from the actual job description and your real experience, so you walk in already speaking their language
The result: a story they remember after everyone else is forgotten.
"I wasn't getting past recruiter phone screens. Keith completely changed how I answered questions using his Story Mapping method. I advanced through three interview rounds and landed an exceptional offer."
— Cindy Z., HIM Director
"Keith helped me stop giving interview answers and start telling executive-level stories. I went from two final-round rejections to accepting a VP role that exceeded my salary expectations."
— Nicholas M., VP of Revenue Cycle
Discovery Call
A complimentary conversation, no pressure. We'll talk for a bit and get to know one another determining if there's synergy. If so, I'll walk you through the system and how we'd work together.
Mock Interview and Diagnostic Scorecard
Your mock interview will reveal where the real work needs to be done. I will be scoring your responses across what actually moves hiring decisions. This is where I find out exactly what's working and what isn't.
Story Mapping™
We build your Response and Discovery story maps, so every answer ties straight back to what the employer actually cares about.
Interview Readiness Blueprint
This is a battle tested checklist that leaves no stone unturned.
Debrief & Adjustment
After every interview, we talk through what worked, what hit and what didn't, then sharpen things up before the next round.
"The interview preparation was unlike anything I'd experienced. Between the mock interviews, company research, and the blueprint, I walked in with confidence and walked out with an offer that was $22,000 higher than my previous salary."
— Mary C., System Director ER
I've heard it said that interview prep has a reputation for being dry. I'm not sure who they've been prepping with, but it certainly wasn't me. A dry prep leads to a dry interview, and dry interviews don't win people over.
Here's the part most people get wrong: it's not always the most qualified candidate who gets the offer. It's the one who's most engaging and makes a real connection.
I've taken candidates who had most of the requirements — not all of them — all the way to final rounds, purely on engagement. I can't stress this enough: it's harder for a hiring authority to say no to someone they actually like.
That's what we're really building together. Not just better answers — a version of you the room doesn't want to let go.
"I knew my experience was strong — I just wasn't presenting it well. After working with Keith, I received two offers in six weeks."
— Dianne K., Director of Surgical Services
