About Me
My career in recruiting began on June 5th, 2006. Since then, I've had the good fortune of working with hiring authorities from some of the most prestigious health systems in the country, while also working alongside some of the brightest healthcare leaders in their respective fields. I've coached countless candidates on the art of interviewing, helping them land career growth with the salaries to match.
That same drive to help people succeed found another outlet outside of work. For over a decade, I poured myself into volunteerism through Rotary International, serving in various leadership capacities including Club President and Assistant District Governor. As a Rotarian, I was blessed to help bring a fresh water system to a remote village in Thailand, and to help build a heartwarming, all-inclusive playground where children and adults with disabilities can experience the joy of play.
Whether I'm coaching a candidate through a final-round interview or helping a community access something as basic as clean water, the work comes from the same place: a genuine desire to see people thrive. That's what I bring to every coaching relationship — the same care, the same follow-through, and the same commitment to results, whether the goal is a life-changing job offer or a playground full of laughter.
